While looking at this photo, I feel the urge to lie in a bed of dandelions myself, but then upon reading the title and description, it gives me such a bitter sweet feeling, for the image is so beautiful and peaceful, while the message sent is a bit heart breaking. Nonetheless, I love everything about this photo. The way the depth of field slowly blends out of focus, the rich greens and yellows, and the peaceful expression on the young girls face is very tranquil. I also adore the beauty marks along her neck and face, it makes the whole scene feel so much more natural and beautiful. I do not think that I would change one thing about this photo .
Beautiful concept-art! But I'm happier asleep/dreaming. I don't want a perfect prince on a white horse. Never did really! I want/ed an everyday joe bloke funny guy (not all that masculine and definitely not violent at least physically) who can cheer me up and make me feel still alive whether I really am or not.. because I'm laughing so hard at and/or even better, with him.
-- Colonel Kurtz: I watched a snail crawl along the edge of a straight razor. Crawling, slithering, along the edge of a sharp... razor... and surviving.
