I'm not premium but here's what I can say:

The colors are absolutely beautiful - the calm green of the surrounding makes her orange hair stand out vividly, especially thanks to the motion.
However, this motion is limited by her arms and her face. They are expressionless and don't arouse a single emotion.
Perhaps, this dead expression may have a relation with the black dress - portraying the girl as if she were in mourning (the loss of someone close for instance.)
If the mask were to illustrate a molding into a new self, then the expression must change because this transformation should be joyful (as the orange and green suggest).
There is a lack of harmony between the girl and all that's around her, making it very hard for someone to identify him/herself to the picture.
